چکیده
Chemical fertilizer use in agricultural areas causes a variety of issues, including pollution, health risks, disruption natural ecological nutrient cycles, and the loss biological communities. In this case, chemical fertilizers, herbicides, other supplements are replaced by plant growth promoting bacteria for sustainable agriculture. The present research work focus on isolation from Kadi vegetable market waste. Derived morphological, biochemical, 16S rRNA gene sequence analysis strain was identified as Enterobacter cloacae PNE2. antibiotic susceptibility test indicated that isolate sensitive to all 22 antibiotics tested. PNE2 has multiple growth-promoting activities like N2 fixation, phosphate, solubilization, potassium phytohormone (Indole-3-acetic acid) production, EPS biopolymer degradation, also possesses good seed germination ability. Quantitative nitrite production revealed produced 0.15±0.01 µg/ml nitrite. Phosphate Solubilization Index (PSI) recorded 3.58±0.08 released 278.34±0.56 μg/ml phosphate Pikovskaya’s broth. solubilized 32.66 mg/l potassium. IAA (48.49±0.05µg/ml) presence tryptophan (19.1±0.2 g/l) found degrade Cellulose, Pectin, Xylan. Furthermore, enhances seedling Trigonella foenum graceum (fenugreek). Thus, significant characteristics can be applied bio-fertilizer formulation

Some properties of an Enterobacter sp. isolated from the roots of maize are described. Isolation was carried out using the semisolid enrichment culture technique and subsequent plating, both on nitrogen free biotin medium. Morphological, biochemical and phylogenetic characterization using the MicroSeq 16S rDNA technique were employed in identification of isolate, which was revealed to be closes...
